It was very casual and brief, especially for a company of IQVIA's size. Turns out, that was a good indication of the boss' management style, very casual and low-key to an extreme. I had very little understanding as to what his role was or what the team's direction was even after working for him for a year.

I had a teams interview with no camera on. The interview went well although The recruiter was late and did not send an e-mail beforehand to give a heads up or apologize. There was a long silence after the interview and after an attempt to follow up i was told that the position was canceled.

I had 3 interviews and then they canceled the opportunity.
The first interview was high level with the HR. The second one with the supervisor and the third with the manager.

The interview process began with an HR phone call, which included mainly introductory questions (e.g., "introduce yourself" and "what interests you in IQVIA...").
then an interview with the Hiring manager, who will ask questions about your experience, knowledge, and tools.
Then, an interview with an HR representative with basic questions about your strong and weak points.
