The process started with a first screening call with HR. The CV was then sent to the hiring managers and I was called for a phone interview. The second and final stage is a face to face interview.

I completed a recorded interview, and the recruiter remained in contact via email throughout the process. I was later informed of the rejection along with detailed reasons, which I appreciated as it’s not very common and was quite helpful.

Entrevista
Following the online application, an email was sent with a link to the recruitment interview. Using this link, you log into the system and answer the questions they ask via video. If the outcome is positive, a suitable date is arranged with the recruiter and a telephone interview is conducted. If you are deemed suitable at this stage, I believe your interviews with the team begin. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage.
