I applied online, someone called me for a screening (15 minutes late and had absolutely no questions, just said to talk about myself), next was an in-person interview. What. A. Mess. Very condescending and rude, she consistently said to not reference my work history and strictly talk about myself and what I am like as a person??? She had some tape holding together two of her nails and was constantly picking at it. There was a take home assignment that required quite a bit of work and research. She laughed at my salary range and laughed again when I asked her what the salary range of the position was. Very rude.
