I recently had a job interview experience with IQ Infinite Technologies, and I wanted to share my thoughts. While I initially had a positive impression of the company after clearing three rounds of interviews, my experience took a disappointing turn during the salary negotiation phase. After successfully passing all three rounds and being informed that I was selected, I was looking forward to the salary discussion. However, I was taken aback when, after a few days, I received an email stating that they would not be proceeding with my employment this year, without any further explanation or opportunity for discussion. This abrupt change in the company's stance left me feeling confused and disappointed. I believe that clear communication and transparency are crucial in the hiring process, and this experience fell short in that regard. It's essential for companies to treat potential employees with respect and professionalism throughout the entire recruitment process. I hope that IQ Infinite Technologies can work on improving their recruitment process and communication in the future to provide a better experience for candidates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend IQ Infinite Technologies as a potential employer.
