Firstly the company came to the campus they took an aptitude cum coding test. Around 50 students got selected out of 300. All were invited to Noida at Ion day to further resume the interview process it comprised of two parts first part had 3 activities a rope activity where you had to make shapes they were basically seeing how you work in the team, a coding test followed by a puzzle round. After First phase 20 students were left from 46 then they had 2 technical and 2 managerial round of interviews.

Entrevista
A couple of written tests: on inheritance, multi-threading, some basic algorithms (linked list, parsing a string). Then technical questions from two developers, from simple to very advanced questions. In the end I could ask questions about the company.
