- Second videoconference with direct report. Manly focused on competences and background (tell me about yourself, current situation, notice period...) Also motivation an availability.
Overall quick process until getting the offer as the position needed to be covered ASAP. Contract and other HR procedures took a bit longer to be ready. Signature is first working day.
