Time consuming but very professional. Applied through LinkedIn, got a call and invitation for an interview. First interview with 2 managers, not very difficult; just getting to know each other and attitude hunting. Second interview was a bit technical, questions related to Business Analysis. This was also with 2 managers.
Following week, I was confirmed over the phone and offered the position.

1 with HR
2 with the manager, very good experience, they focused on my experiene and not in the studies at all. Overall, they asked specific question about my big 4 projects

To be honest, I find it was lengthy with lots of irrelevant questions, very time-consuming, and worst, the recruiter will ghost you leave you hanging after taking so much of your time
Voor een medior positie als business analyst. Er waren geen case vragen, wel situational vragen en motivatie vragen. De interview was prettig en professioneel. Wel jammer dat ik pas 2 weken later antwoord kreeg te horen
