I went through the several stages of interview for International Talent Programme. They are very nice and you really feel the friendly atmosphere. They also probably expect from you to be friendly and a bit of fun, because they are going to work with you.

Entrevista
Online Assessment consists of 3 tests: first test is SJT based on various scenarios you might find yourself as a trainee, and is related to the ING orange code; second test is a typical numerical, verbal and logical timed test, with 6 minutes for each section; third test is based on your fit with cultural and working values of the company. You get to the next test, only after successfully passing the previous one.
