Entrevista
I recently underwent two interviews with a company that prides itself on its hiring practices, but found the experience to be inconsistent with their public image. The company advertises the interviews as being strictly behavioral; however, the focus was primarily on the CV and technical questions, which was unexpected.
The first interview proceeded smoothly, but the second one was less satisfactory. The interviewers came across as unfriendly, and there were audio issues that made communication difficult. At one point, I answered a question correctly, but my response was incorrectly dismissed, which I confirmed after some research post-interview.
Moreover, the communication post-interview has been disappointing. Initially, I was told I would receive a decision within a week of the first interview, but it took two weeks just to get an invitation for the second round. After the second interview, they promised a follow-up within a few days. It's now been several weeks with no response. For a company that is so vocal about its modern hiring processes on social media, this lack of follow-through is surprising and unprofessional.

Entrevista
I participated in an interview where I presented my background, discussed my experience and motivations, and answered structured questions. It was an opportunity to demonstrate my skills while gaining a clearer understanding of the role and expectations.
Chez ING Luxembourg, le processus d’entretien pour un stage est généralement structuré en plusieurs étapes. Après la présélection sur CV et lettre de motivation, un premier entretien téléphonique avec les ressources humaines permet de vérifier votre parcours, vos motivations et votre disponibilité. Ensuite, un entretien avec le manager ou l’équipe opérationnelle évalue vos compétences techniques et votre adéquation avec la culture de l’entreprise. Dans certains cas, un troisième entretien ou des tests peuvent être ajoutés. Enfin, si la candidature est retenue, ING communique la décision et procède aux formalités administratives pour la convention de stage.
