I only had an interview via online, didn’t hear back from them after that. They made me turn on my camera while their camera stayed off (pretty unprofessional in my opinion) and asked me basic questions about why did I choose this company etc.
Got an interview invite after 2 weeks of the application date. It was a direct interview with the team you would work with, and the result was given the next day.
I applied the position online. They quickly invited me for the first round, and there was only one round. I successfully pass the interview and got the position. I didn't work for a long time due to my non-student status.

Disconnected, short, to-the-point. It demands a very high level of applicant - one needs internship experience at other companies, the top grades possible, or for their father to be in the company to apply realistically.
