there are prior easy online accessments, and also hr motivation call then onsite interview, the atmosphere was really very business even though this was a tech role. hr has kind of fake smile. feel like they don't really care about techical parts, and hr knows nothing about LLM and Gen AI but still ask very layman questions about that. if you're (white) finance bro definately go for it, otherwise bruh
