After several initial conversations with HR 3 person interview arranged for 1 hour, interview felt very informal, good overview of the company, practices and what they were looking for. Interview ended up lasting 1hiur 45. HR made contact after to discuss how it went, advised that it was ‘a good sign’ it went on longer than expected, feedback in a few days. 3 weeks on an no feedback, no replies not even a rejection which is just rude.
