The process begins with an informational interview, which is really just an hour and a half of ING selling itself to you. Then you can go on to an individual interview if you would like to pursue the job further. This is a sales position and commission-based, plus you have to pay for the classes and licenses, so I was not interested.

Professionali, chiariscono tutti i dubbi e il processo per diventare consulenti finanziari. Per entrare nella ING Academy c'è prima un incontro conoscitivo e dopo si verrà eventualmente ricontattati. È una buona opportunità sul lungo periodo, in ogni caso è positivo che siano super chiari nello spiegarti come diventarlo e i pro e i contro.

Je wordt gerecruit en krijgt een sollicitatiegesprek. Het bestaat uit 3 gesprekken en een vaardigheidgesprek. Er wordt met 5 mensen tegelijk gerouleerd een soort van speeddate. Het duurt een dag voordat je te horen krijgt of je bent aangenomen of niet.
