Interview was held by HR specialist, Head of HR, Line manager and CEO. Overall positive impression. Questions was asked mostly regarding previous career, professional and interpersonal skills. I had to visit ING Bank Ukraine office 3 times, but they were flexible with the time options. Hiring process was rapid - two weeks from the first interview till the offer.
