Basically the recruiter handles everything including the set up of interview, benefits, and salary negotiating. I was not anticipating dealing directly with the recruiter for everything. I even tried to talk to the DOR who did a phone interview with me but that person never contacted me. The recruiter was very accessible by phone, email, and text.

The interview process mostly occurred via phone and communicated mostly with the recruiter at first. I had one casual in person meeting before formally accepting position. It was very casual.
