initial interview is a group interview. I appreciate the info given about the company and that they promote from within. I did not wish to proceed to second interview due to the fact that for the first 6 months (training in multiple different departments)it is 6 days a week almost 9 hours per day. If I was single and no kids I would take the opportunity.
