Step 1: Telephonic & Coding: Much like other IT companies, they asked me some knowledge based questions and coding exercises in the first round. An old Software Engineer did my telephonic round. He was nice and respectful of my experience.
Step 2: In-Person interviews with 4 people. For 2 hours different people Walkin into the room with random questions. In my case Architect did my first round. Most questions were generic, like, what do you like in your work etc.
30 minutes later 2 Guys (1 weirdo and other old man). So this weirdo asked me some goofy questions about Algorithms. His question was not clear, and repeated requests to clarify hardly was any helpful. He asked me to write an Algorithm to randomize a stack of array. But I had to ask several questions to derive that all he wanted was an algorithm for randomly sort.
30 minutes later Software Engineer walked in and basically discussed about system design. Asked me bunch of questions on cloud. I did not have sufficient time to complete his system design question.
Final round was with an Engineering manager & HR consultant who asked me mostly situational questions. HR is the consultant they hired for finding people for interviews I guess. He spoke to me in the interview as if I had already cleared the interview and they were ready to make the offer.
