Entrevista
Completed an online test. Then had a technical interview with a quant from their Amsterdam office. Mostly brainteasers and explaining/amending some pseudo code (the sieve of eratosthenes). Fairly fast paced interview.

How much rain would you get on your head in 1 year in london?
It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
Have to play some reaction games, I tried for a business course, failed and then also got insta reject on actual application. Reject came in within a day. Was a bit disappointing
Assesments first, than HR/Technical after that a superday. Assesments are a video interview, where you record a video and get to questions to answer. HR interview partially checks whether you would be a personality fit to the company but also assesses some more technical skills. Superday has a quant round, a trader round which are more technical and another HR round.
