The recruiter reached out and proceeded to tell me despite them having a salary range ($60,000 - 80,000), that the job salary range would actually be paying $65,000 - $68,000 which is illegal in Colorado and totally a bait and switch. I stuck with the process given the state of the job market and moved on to an in-person interview where it felt very good cop/bad cop with the two people who interviewed me.
