first they do a phone interview with you just to ask you basic questions about the position you applied for then they do an in store interview with you with the department and store manager

it was a simple and relaxing interview more like a converstation and it was nice to speak to the mangers and working there it is a diverse place and yeh

1. why ikea and how will your skills allow u to contribe
Went upstairs and waited for interviewer, took about ten minutes. He asked me about 10-15 questions of various relatability. He filled out a sheet with information, as I talked. Was a bit more casual than a normal interview overall.

Entrevista
The process was great and very effective. My recruiter helped me a lot and the communication through email and on the phone was simple. It was just a phone screening then an in person interview which was easy. The hiring manager was laidback.
