Submitted my application online and heard back from HR the next day requesting an interview, which was very conversational and lasted a couple hours. The interview concluded with a tour, the whole process lasted about a week.

They have asked for a pre interview task in which they have asked to design a house for a client then face to face interview happened at the store in which they first explained the role then started asking for behavioural questions and in the end they asked me to give presentation of pre interview task.
After submitting a resume and cover letter on the IKEA website Had a phone interview, then 2 additional in-person interviews with 2 different managers. Make sure to bring a portfolio or photos of your design work or projects.
