Long term process ,assessment,phone interview,group interview,personal presentation.I liked very much that after the interview process ,Ikea gave analytical feedback for the reason why they did not select me.As a result i received an email and a call informing me my strengths ,areas that i should develop more and finally a proposal about my future attempts (areas that according to my profile can make a better match.)They paid everything for the trip ,the accommodation,food.We visited the museum of Ikea whcih was very impressive.The people were very organized and professional .They wanted to see also the social site of a candidate which in my opinion is also important in a company.They support diversity .I liked the offices .Most important the company provides relocation package for you and your family and they support to every issue regarding the relocation and the psychology also.
