What did you like, why did you quit? How did you handle aggressive customer? How did you work as a team? How do you communicate with others?

Applied online. They got back to me after a few days. Interview was with the supervisor of the department. Easy interview- just your basic "tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work for IKEA" questions. Interview lasted around 15 - 20 minutes.

Pretty simple and comfortable to do. Definitely more informative as well. I enjoyed the people i conversed with too, they were so attentive and polite. All in all Ikea has some of the best mannered workers I've met.
