Selection process usually consists of three rounds. First of them is asessment center, second one is a personal interview with a future manager and third one is a personal interview with a boss of this manager.
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.
Round 1:
-Getting to know you type of questions
-Situation type of questions and how would you handle them

-Getting to know you
-Why do you want to work at ikea

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
