Submitted my application online. About a week later I received a phone call and did a phone interview that same day. About a day or two after I received another phone call asking to do an in person interview the following week. The in person interview (depending on who is interviewing you) is laid back. They'll ask you general retail questions and "what do you know about Ikea?". About a week later I got another phone call and I was offered the job. Went in as soon as possible, filled out paperwork (they will send you a link prior to you coming in to complete a free background check) and did a swab drug test. Overall the process took about 3 weeks.
