Got an email after the application with an invite to an on-site interview. It consisted of a group interview and then a individual interview with two managers who asked behavioural questions. After the interview they asked what deparment that I was interested working at.

Applied through a referral. Got a call to come in for face to face interview. Went in week later at local site. Met with store manager. Filled out application.
