Very relaxed. Provided a great job description and a general idea of the role. We sat in a booth and discussed the role, talked about why I would be a great server and my prior work experience.

Why I wanted to work there, if I had any server experience, how well I communicate with others.
Amazing people were friendly offered water laughed and asked a couple simple questions and offered the position they normally start as host the staff were also very friendly and inviting
Lol it was barely an interview but I need to type more words so I guess it was fine giraffe flute you and me and my friend mcgee I was in college so it was a job the manager was fine
Extremely simple. Asked me my 3 strengths and weaknesses and a couple other basic interview Qs & hired me on the spot. They are desperate will hire anyone who breathes.
