The Interview Process was good. On the other hand, I've been applying since I finished college and always get automatically rejected. I've overly reached out and landed an interview after many years of applying. Having an opportunity to experience was good and bad. The chance to meet the team was a great the CFO as well. I noticed looking around the offices that there is a heavy lack of racial diversity and I noticed this is a good reason as to why I will never get an opportunity with this company. There are absolutely no minorities in higher management or executive teams in this area. The company needs to know the importance of diversity.
