Basically they wanna know how many clients you can pull in and how much investment you can bring in. What is your overall plan to develop clients and can you make 2m a year goal.

I attended a first meeting which was open-ended. The interviewer was pretty laid back, answered any question I had. I looked for things I had in common with the interviewer, as I am very interested in a position of Financial Planner. I believe the interview lasted about 45 minutes or so. It was suggested that the interview was part of Investors Group hiring process, and later, I have found that this is so. I think the interview process at this particular office in SW Calgary, is excellent.
