I was referred by a friend, and got a phone call from IG to schedule an individual video interview.
A week later, there was another group interview and written test onsite.
The interviewers were very friend and kind. The questions they asked about my experience were all relevant to the role. They were transparent about the responsibilities I would have if hired.
