I was told they were looking for a specific profile and that the PPA test from Thomas International would be important. At the end of the HR interview, I asked what they were looking for in a candidate, and I scored highly on the key characteristics they mentioned. After the interview, I was told I would hear back, but I didn’t receive any response. I followed up to check on the status of my application, and only then did I receive an automated rejection email stating that I would not be moving forward. I replied again to ask for feedback, especially since my profile seemed to match their requirements, but I didn’t receive any response. I genuinely believe I was a strong match for the role.
