Same role advertised three times over 5 months. First application, followed up with HR a week later and was asked to complete a mental agility test which is just a lazy screening tool. Weeks later received email, not successful. Second application, never received an update on it. Third application, received email rejection days later.
Ifac don't appear to know what they want for this role having advertised the same role multiple times, it's a very basic admin role. I'm even doubting at this stage if it is a real position or just a ghost role they keep advertising as part of their recruitment drive. A company that can’t run a basic admin hire competently sounds like chaos to work for.

Difficult to tell what they were looking for and suggested pay rate was low. They seemed to want someone highly qualified for a basic admin job. They were nice but the process was really slow.
