The interview process was friendly, professional, inclusive, and transparent. I was allowed to share my skills, background, goals, and teaching methods. I am enjoying working with IES so far. The director is nice and available.

The interview went nice and smooth, as the director is a very nice and experienced person whose main goal is students' learning in a pleasant environment. I was queried about my teaching experience, and all the goals were explained to me clearly.
