Started off ok with great communication from TA. Psychometric assessment was first red flag though, felt very 90s and out of date to still expect candidates to sit this in 2026. Moved to final interview in meeting room off the side of office (but I wasn't allowed to actually see the office for some reason?). Interview was very awkward and was clear I was not ticking their many structured boxes. I knew it wasn't a right fit the minute I walked out but never heard another word from them - which led to a poor candidate experience overall.
