interview process is challenging, usually a series of panel style interviews. generally there are 2 or 3 phone interviews prior to the face to face interviews. the phone calls are standard interview questions and nothing tricky or out of left field. the panel interviews are conversation driven, plus or minus a presentation depending on the job you are applying for.
