Made to feel the interview was informal. Asked questions I considered relevant to the post (histology based) and some irrelevant (cytology) i didn't think much of this at the time but found they were advertising for a trainee cytology post a couple days later which was annoying because It gave me the impression they wanted a cytologist and not a histologist, so why waste my time. Also they liked to take my words and add meaning to it, which I didn't like. Ended with 'we'll be in touch' which is a big rejection and they emailed a couple days later (not even a call). After the interview I did get to see the lab, it was alright but everyone worked in silence and looked miserable. I think it's a place you work to move up, guess it's for the best.
