Th interview is for both employer and candidate to clarify what they want in the job. I would call it a discussion rather than an interview. The interviewer talked about the job scope and the promotion chance, and then me if this is the job that I really want. Interviewer is friendly and approachable.

The interview was a technical interview and overall interview combined. They checked the entire fundamentals for mechanical engineering. They checked the attitude and whether there is a clarity in thinking.

Spoke on the phone once and emailed back and forth with HR, then sat down for meeting and met with 5 people individually. They wanted to meet individually to get to know me some more, was more personable.
