After completing the application online, I was called by a principal for a phone interview. After that, I had a final interview online. I was not chosen for that position, but was referred for another position at another campus. I had an online interview with that principal and accepted an offer the next day. First step was a phone interview, immediately after that I was offered an interview in person. I went into the interview in very short notice (from one day to the next). Unfortunately I received no offer but my application stayed on file and a month later I was offered another interview for the same position, diff location. I went in, this time I had several days to prepare. After I left, about an hour long interview, I was called and offered the position the same afternoon. This was also a position that needed to filled quickly.
