HR department was organized and wellbehaved.With the second phone interview ,I had my guard up when I learnt the open position job requirements listed didnt match to the existing IT tools and system.On the third phone interview ,I was interviewed by the lower positioned individuals who had no clarity on the subject and team vision or job requirements and asked random questions and accepted answers that were known to them-didnt have an open mind that IT is a sea,there are zillion solutions to one question.They were trying to undermine and turn bitter,It didnt make sense at all how juniors get to interview and pick and choose their seniors!The higher individual with who I had the initial phone interview drifted from cloud and automation questions to implementing security which wasnt listed in job description again and was yawning by the end of the interview.I regretted attending the interview which was a waste of time and bitter experience but on positive note,I am lucky not to have signed up for such unmanaged IT environment and unholistic work colleagues,YAY!
