De eerste sollicitatieronde verloopt altijd online. Omdat het een internationaal bedrijf is, is de voertaal Engels. Je krijgt doorgaans snel te horen of je door bent naar de volgende ronde. De sollicitatieprocedure verloopt redelijk vlot.

Een standaard sollicitatievraag is om in je eigen woorden uit te leggen wat de functie inhoudt. Een goede tip is om de vacature goed door te nemen en te proberen de taken en verantwoordelijkheden in je eigen woorden te beschrijven. Ik werd bijvoorbeeld gevraagd wat ik dacht dat mijn rol zou zijn binnen het bedrijf.
Easy process , typical interview questions such as why do you want to work here what’s your clinical trial experience, weaknesses strengths and goals. Overall a very typical process and quick turnaround time as well

Entrevista
I have tried several times to get an interview for this CRO. A year after I was finally called last April for an Application made last February. I really looked for that. The Face Interview about an Entry Level position, but it was a trickle. One of the manager mistook me for another person, after that she started to started peppering me with questions. I answered to all. It lasted 40 minutes.
I discovered the negative outcome of the interview through an automatic email asking me to respond to a satisfaction survey. In that mail there was no link nor survey.
