I was referred by another ICON employee and found the process moved much more quickly and easily than an average interview. There was an initial phone screen followed within a few days by a Skype interview with two managers within the group. I received a call from HR the same day indicating that I was likely to receive an offer within a few days, and I did get the offer two days later.
