Competancy based. 3 senior people interviewed me with HR. First stage was a phone interview with HR. At the face to face meeting I did a presentation to talk through project planning with timelines and deliverables. Also had to do a test of writing skills and numerical skills. After presentation, I had competency questions from 3 senior directors
