I was hired through a recruiting agency. The manager from ICON was very straightforward and did not ask me much about myself. They explained the job description, what to expect, a couple of basic questions, and ended the interview there.

It was a short and concise interview. Most of it involved the interviewer describing what specifically the job entailed, and the only question was why I would be a good pick for the job position.
