It was broken into 3 interview/: 1st one with the recruiter, 2nd one with a manager, and a 3rd video interview with 3 different managers. They asked me questions about my career ambitions.
The recruitment team were really good at communicating with me via email and were punctual in getting back to me. They were very friendly and I highly recommend this role for any freshers in Swansea.

It is a simple two-stage process: first, you'll be asked to answer five recorded questions. You'll have 15 seconds to read the question and up to 2 minutes to answer. Then, you'll move on to the interview with the hiring manager. The whole process takes 2 weeks.
