Overall a pleasant interview. It was mainly the manager talking about the position, and less about me answering questions, which was totally fine with me. I definitely over-prepared, but considering this is an entry-level position, I should not be surprised the interview was low-stakes.

Two rounds, digital interview and after that interview with the hiring manager. Standard questions for CTA, easy if you have some experience/knowledge in the clinical research area. The process took around two weeks to complete both interviews and receive offer.
