two times process. once with local hr team. second time with team manager. it was pleasant no hard question asked. but this could be because i was going for job with no prior working background needed

I had two phone interviews and there was no follow up from HR or ICON after. It has been four months and still haven't heard. I would appreciate a simple "Thank you for applying, you were not chosen"
