Phone Screen, then a 2 on 1 questioning interview mostly on random situational and reaction questions. Lasted about 2 hours and was all off script, really feel as the questions are itrelevant and they kind of just read what type of person you are and if you fit there culture

I spoke with a recruiter who was very nice and told me more about the company, role and where I might fit in to ICON. The interview was quick, basic and a very "get to know you" step. I was told that I was a good candidate and my resume would be routed to the hiring manager who was looking to hire someone pretty soon. As it was the holiday season, I was told to wait a week or two as most people were on vacation so I did. It's been close to a month now with no reply from anyone including the recruiter (even when I emailed as a follow-up to see if I was still being considered for the role). Although I applied for an entry level role and was in the very early stages, it's always a red flag for me when a company just does not care about its candidates. At least a reply to let me know where they stand would be appreciated after both sides spent time initiating the interview process in the first place. I would not recommend.
