I interviewed remotely with two managers and a HR person. They were very pleasant and asked the usual questions; why I'm looking for a job, why ICON, short-term plan, and long-term plan. They showed a lot of interest and I was surprised when I didn't get an offer. I was informed they choose another candidate.

What would you do if a site has an emergency and has to limit your time on site to two hours instead of 6 hours?
It took about an hour for the interview to be completed. The interviewer asked me several questions regarding clinical research and the next day i received a job offer. The whole process was really low stress

Primeiramente enviei meu currículo na plataforma deles, depois uma recrutadora aqui no brasil entrou em contato comigo, me fez algumas perguntas e depois me enviou um link da plataforma Hirevue onde tive que me gravar respondendo a 5 questões que apareceram na tela, uma questão por vez, 3 min para responder, não podia gravar novamente, tudo em inglês, após essa etapa a recrutadora brasileira entrou em contato comigo novamente e disse que a gestão gostaria de me conhecer, mas quem iria marcar a entrevista seria sua colega do México pois a gestão seria tolamente do México e a entrevista seria totalmente em inglês, após isso a pessoa do México entrou em contato comigo e marcamos um dia, recebi um e-mail com um link e a entrevista foi na plataforma hirevue e foi gravada, a entrevista foi toda em inglês e durou 1 hora.
