HR reached out to schedule an interview, and I interviewed directly with who I would be assisting. Offered the position a few days later. It was a basic "explain your resume/background" type opening and then from there it went into a conversation about the position and the kind of work it entails. No difficult questions, was more of seeing if our personalities meshed and if I was able to explain well of how my background matched the needs of this position.
