Recruiter questionnaire, 30 minutes team member call, 30 minute hiring manager call. First interview was very conversational and relaxed. I really enjoyed getting to hear more about the team and their experience at ICF. I was told I would most likely progress to meeting the hiring manager. Recruiter was completely radio silent after the interview when I asked to contact the interviewer and thank them for their time. I had a call with the hiring manager a week later. The interview was also very conversational and I was asked a mix of technical questions and questions about my background. I was told I would hear from the recruiter within a week. Again, the recruiter was radio silent when I asked to connect with the interviewer. A week later I received a generic rejection letter.

The Hr was very clear about the budget, so only upon approving the salary expectations the following skilled interviews were planned. The following interview checked my skills with the team's requirements
