Recruiter questionnaire, 30 minutes team member call, 30 minute hiring manager call. First interview was very conversational and relaxed. I really enjoyed getting to hear more about the team and their experience at ICF. I was told I would most likely progress to meeting the hiring manager. Recruiter was completely radio silent after the interview when I asked to contact the interviewer and thank them for their time. I had a call with the hiring manager a week later. The interview was also very conversational and I was asked a mix of technical questions and questions about my background. I was told I would hear from the recruiter within a week. Again, the recruiter was radio silent when I asked to connect with the interviewer. A week later I received a generic rejection letter.
